Recycling Info

Our Recycling Company refuses to pick up our recycling materials when the bins have improper materials in them.  Especially: plastic bags, Styrofoam, and food particles.  These types of items damage the recycling equipment.
 
The following are not acceptable items:
No plastic bags (Publix -Walgreens etc.)
No garbage bags
No electronics
No Styrofoam
No dishes or ceramics
No food waste (rinse your recycling)
No motor oil containers
No household hazardous waste
No light bulbs, window glass or mirrors
No trash or yard waste
No hardback books
No waxed cardboard (no milk cartons - Juice boxes)
 
Please do your best to put only acceptable materials in the recycling bins. This will ensure the recycling is picked up in a timely manner.

NOTE: There is a trash chute on each floor next to the most southerly elevator. Please put garbage, trash, and all non-recyclable materials in a tied trash bag and send it down the chute.
